"First off, the woman who opened up the villa was extremely rude and only showed my daughter in law around the villa, insisting everyone else should wait outside. Afer 15 minutes, I'd had enough and went in telling this lady we were coming in. Added to this, the smoke alarms throughout the villa did not work, and as there was no way of securing the separate apartments, we had to close the metal shutters at night. With no smoke alarms, this is unbelievably dangerous. The facilities were adequate...

"This was a very disappointing stay. The host did not meet us as Planned. She sent a man to let us in And gave us the keys, but Did not speak any English. We were Left without explanation of how things worked in the apartment… I was shocked to find that there were no sheets or towels in the apartment. Fortunately, we had a friend who lived Near so we were able to borrow some from her. We were so uncomfortable. We had to leave a day early."

Es hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett und ein weiteres Zimmer mit Etagenbetten sowie zwei große Bäder. Es hat einen schönen Pool. Zum Meer geht man etwa 1 km. Es gibt dort einen schönen breiten Sandstrand und man findet immer einen Platz. In der Nähe ist eine Boulangerie, die man gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt in Strandnähe....

A well kept pool with the advantage of being heated. 25min walk into the village for essentials or a 4 min drive to the large Intermarche. Delightful and communicative owner with bonus of having the maintenance team living next door. Can’t wait to return"

Slight downside was that the neighbour began a major renovation project outside, with large and heavy machinery every day, but this is obviously out of the control of the host. We were visiting family and didn't have to cook any meals, but the kitchen is well equipped. We will have to come again when the weather is warmer to use the pool and enjoy the garden. "Property exterior was quite run down-also had dilapidated farm building attached. The interior does not match the exterior at all. We only found out a week before we travelled that there was a hire charge of 20 euro per room for bedding for stays of 7 days or less, had to pay 60 euro more on arrival for our 7 night stay . This is omitted from property details, I think this charge is outrageous. On positive note- the defective oven was replaced in 2 days and Pierre`s wine is excellent."

"The place was clean, organised with all the essential kitchen and cleaning equipment. The property has off road parking which is essential on busy days. The property has a small shaded seating area and BBQ, which is great. The property owner can be easily be contacted with any questions and always responded quickly."

"The property was amazing and Laurent was a very gracious host. The kids enjoyed the themed bedrooms. We found lots to do in the surrounding area despite a lot of rain! Our last day at Valras Plage was particularly lovely. We recommend the lego museum there. We would love to return in the summer."

Left a lot to be desired!!

"This is an adorable location in a quaint area. We arrived late in the evening and didn’t get to utilize the spa and pool, but they looked impressive. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitively recommend."
