"The private heated indoor pool was a real highlight for us. The host was friendly and welcoming and communication was good. The property is well-equipped and in a good location. There is a cycle path nearby that takes you into the local town. There’s a choice of local supermarkets, a McDonald’s, a park with mini golf etc. Dieppe is a nice seaside town about 45 minutes drive away, there’s a good theme park about 30 minutes away, the labyrinth maze about 10 mins away and wildlife parks etc too....

"The grounds are amazing - so much space, lots of chairs, great outside dining area and a fantastic pool! The kitchen is small but fully equipped. Beds are comfy (except plastic mattress protectors). For us the room layout was an issue. The two twin beds are actally family rooms with double beds in, not separate as it looks like in the listing photos, which are very misleading. This was frustrating for us as we had to have three children in our room - we had booked here to avoid that happening....

"Our family of three and border collie stayed here for a week and had a really successful and pleasant time. The gite was clean and had an exceptionally well equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfy, and the garden was secure for our dog and big enough to play endless catch with the ball! The property was not overlooked and we spent a very peaceful week here and had beautiful weather. "

"Absolutely dreadful. The place is not fit for purpose. All very shabby and used, worn out and old. Toilets stained and brown, no kitchen towels or hand towels and only large towels. The place is very damp. Even on a nice day the bedroom windows were pouring moisture every morning. Duvet covers too small for the duvet so all crumpled up and had to discard. "Lovely ivy-covered gîte on the grounds of beautiful estate house. There some animals on the ground (goats chickens and ducks), and a pond nearby. Good size rooms, a small kitchen and it's reasonably well kitted out. "Our Canadian add UK family met here for a much anticipated reunion. This is a gorgeous property that provided plenty of space for ten adults and six children. The house is lovely with a well stocked kitchen, lots of comfortable sitting areas, and a great patio where we sat outside for meals and evening chats. The grounds are beautiful and we really enjoyed the big pool. Kate was a lovely, helpful host. All in all a great stay! "

"A lovely old French house, plenty of space and lots of things for the kids to do, table tennis a complete winner. Rather sad to see most of the curtains hanging off the rails and kitchen doors hanging off. Also if you are looking for a place with comfortable beds and nice bedding and towels this may not be the place for you. Having said that, we had a wonderful time. The area and people were also wonderful."
