This is an older property there is no house keeping or room service. The room was kind of odd very small. Catalina is a small island so everything is in walking distance. The microwave was broken. And there’s only one. The staff was very hospitable and I wanna say it was the best part of the stay

The only things I liked about this place is that it was quiet at night and they also let you store your luggage before and after. However, they completely ignored all my messages that I sent through expedia. They also never answer the phone. Communication is non-existent. The bathroom was dirty with stains when we arrived we had to wipe the seat and walls clean. There was alcohol and gross brown stains that resembled vomit all over the wall. It was absolutely disgusting. The bed mattress seemed like a 100 year old worn out spring mattress and I had terrible back pain the entire trip. This is not worth saving $150 to stay here. Pay a little extra and enjoy your trip!

Property needs work! The restroom definitely needs work. Paint walls were chipped and the tub was dirty. The only nice thing about this property was the location, close to restaurants and shops.
