"Solange was very helpful. Accomodated to change room for two double beds with no problems The pool was very relaxing and met my expectations per the online pictures. Breakfast area was very bright with lots of windows and ample room. Selection was well provided including eggs and the coffee machine had excellent coffee to my surprise. Pillows and linens were very clean and comfortable. Kitchenette well equipped except no utensils on arrival had to ask for some."

"Clean, bright and friendly staff.... an ambience of home. Situated in a Condo-like complex just at the edge of chaos of shops and people. Room is spotless, spacious with a kitchen and fridge to cool Grotto water for your daily drink. One event I witnessed from my room window: an elderly couple was rushing out to catch a bus upon check-out. Hotel Manager Florence gave chase under a drizzle, and the old gentleman was hurriedly rushing back after realizing something they left behind only to see...

"Overall the apartment was well situated and had the bare minimum basics. We thought we paid for sheets and towels and had to pay extra on sight, which was a bummer. The towels reeked of smoke so we had to wash them and didn’t have hand towels. The kids bunk beds appear to have bedbugs, my daughter had bites and we have had to do major cleaning as a result. "

"The impression on the initial entry into the building is ok but each step further in the building got worse and worse. We were there to watch the Tour de France so the location was excellent for that, but everything else was AWFUL. No sheets available on the filthy beds, no bath towels just 2 disgusting kitchen towels that were stained so badly it was hard to tell if they had been cleaned. Keep looking elsewhere because this place is not good."

"Property in the centre of Lourdes. Parking is at the rear of the property which means driving through the centre to eventually arrive at the gated rear entrance. It took another guest speaking French for the gates to be opened. Fantastic massage. Recommend SPA out of action so not able to use. Room large and clean. Had breakfast, but for €20 per person and a lot of food had ran out, we didn’t think it was good value. Good if you are visiting the Grotto and Notra-Dame basilica. "
