Come and stay in an old mill completely renovated.Located 12 minutes from Avignon, Parc des Expositions, Agroparc, and 15 minutes from Pont d'Avignon. Quiet environment.
The Moulin de Tartay is a holiday house of 1874 of about 110 M2 independent and adjoining with that of the owner. It consists of a fully equipped open kitchen
The dining room is in front of the mill with the kitchen, with a table of 10 people and a library available.
The living room consists of a sofa bed for two people, with a fireplace, a flat screen.
Night side, a large room with a large bed for two people, a large wardrobe, a TV.
A second bedroom with two separate beds and a large wardrobe.
The bathroom consists of a basin on a stone with a mirror with toilet, a walk-in shower,
Outside, a private terrace with wooden table.
A barbecue with garden furniture is also available.
The garden consists of a swimming pool 7 by 3 by 1m40 protected by a wrought iron fence and a curtain of protection (a discharge will be asked to each customer and for each stay).
A bowling green is at your disposal.
A carport is available for one to two cars.
A remote control gives you with the key of the housing for the opening of the automatic gate.
The land of 15000 M2 is closed and secure.
The property is under surveillance by outdoor cameras and an indoor alarm.

Tolles Ziel für Familien
Unser Aufenthalt in der Moulin Tartay war wunderschön. Die ganze Familie konnte auf ihre Kosten kommen: Die Kinder genossen den Pool, das Trampolin, die vielen Haustiere und viele Spielgeräte, die Erwachsenen profitierten von dem schönen Haus und der zentralen Lage, um die wunderschöne Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Gastgeber Ludovic und Sandrine waren stets hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich.

Toller Provenceaufenthalt
Wir haben bei Sandrine und Ludovic zwei sehr schöne Wochen verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist zentral und man erreicht von dort mit dem Auto schnell viele Orte in der Provence. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der großen Garten und den Pool haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Sandrine und Ludovic sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Probably our best stay so far in France!
We really enjoyed our stay at Moulin de Tartay. It is a wonderful old mill located on a rural property but near the motorway so it's easy to access the main tourist sights in the area. The swimming pool was an absolutely wonderful way to end a day of sightseeing and the water was sparkling clean. The owner, Ludovic, kept in good communication with us and welcomed us with a lovely bottle of wine, sparkling water and some fresh eggs from his chickens (unfortunately neither of us cares for eggs but I am sure that they were delicious). We felt very well cared for; there was a lot of information on local sights and Ludo made recommendations of restaurants, boulangeries, etc. The property is also secured by a wall and gate so we had no worries about our possessions while we were gone. I would highly recommend this as a very relaxing place to stay. Merci beaucoup Ludo et son famile!

SEJOUR EN AVIGNON
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, les propriétaires sont charmant et serviables. La propriété est très bien équipée et surtout très propre. Elle se trouve à proximité d'Avignon et de commerces pour faire les courses. Je recommande cette location sans aucune hésitation .

De très beaux souvenirs de vacances en famille dans ce lieu insolite à la décoration soignée! Un retour au calme et à la nature apaisant. Description de la location complètement conforme. Le petit panier de bienvenue avec les fruits et légumes de la région ainsi que les oeufs frais est à l'image de ce que sont Ludovic et Sandrine, un couple généreux! Ludovic et Sandrine savent indéniablement accueillir leurs hôtes entre discrétion et partage de moment en commun. En conclusion un lieu et des hôtes en lesquels vous pouvez avoir une totale confiance.
