"We got into Japan late and it was very convenient to stay the night, get accumulated, and start the next day off fresh. The hotel had all the amenities needed to relax and have a good night. The employees were very helpful answering questions and helping us ship our luggage to the next location. Highly recommend if you are arriving late, leaving early, or just need a day to get situated in a new country. "

"Staff weren’t good English speakers but still kind and helpful. The fancy pool in the pictures on rooftop with lazy river was not available to us - language barrier on reason why but I think it’s because we didn’t stay in the expensive suite building that it was connected to. The pool we did get access to we had to pay for and my girls could only swim in one lane. The pool was the only disappointment. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the onsite family mart too! Rooms were larger than expected with comfy beds. Lobby was beautiful. Hotel shuttle and access to train stations were perfect. We would stay again. "
