Unique hotel on water. (Frozen for our visit in winter!) Comfortable bed in nook, shower is with toilet and sink on deck type floor. Nautical feel. Wish we had arrived in daylight, tough to see and figure out after dark.

A jewel amidst downtown Montreal. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there and our room was upgraded as well as had a complimentary bottle of champagne waiting for us upon our arrival. Room was very clean and spacious. High ceilings and the most comfortable bed ever. Dinner was lovely at Henri as was brunch. We are locals and would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you Hotel Birks!

For the price and location its hard to complain but i walked into a room with no towels and the remote controls for the tv were missing. Both were provided immediately upon request. Main issue was a gap in the window. -16°C and air leaking into the room was really bad and someone else at reception had the exact same issue. This also meant i fot all the noise come through at night from crackheads, snow plows, and emergency services. Staff and location were amazing though

What a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! The staff is warm, friendly and super helpful. Our room was classic and cozy with beautiful tall windows. All the eclectic art and furniture put a smile on my face every time I walked through the hallways! I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Wow! Blown away with this place. When our flight got canceled, I had to rebook at this place. The staff made you feel very welcomed and at home while away. The room are adorable! And the detail made it over the top. They left fruit out which was nice during the blizzard. The gym was awesome, when I come back to Montreal I will ALWAY book here. It totally made my trip. Thank you!
