Lovely 2 night stay at the Clifden arms and we would stay again. Everything was just as described and the staff were super polite and helpful. We couldn't fault the service and the pub itself was very quaint and situated in the lovely Buckinghamshire countryside.

Lovely property in the middle of the countryside - very quiet and peaceful. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. We had breakfast and dinner at the pub - lovely, fresh, good quality food and excellent service. Oxford is a short drive away - thoroughly recommend a visit.

A Very Relaxing 2 Night Stay

Lovely stay at The Clifden. Clean, comfortable room. The breakfast was superb with a super sized full English. Evening meals were fantastic too. The staff were lovely and very welcoming and attentive. Would definately stay again.

Excellent place to stay near Oxford. Lovely and quiet surroundings. A quintessential english pub. Beer really good from local brewery. Breakfast very good with plenty of choice.

We stayed in 'Magnolia'. It was clean, well appointed and cosy. The breakfasts were excellent and we had a lovely evening meal at the Inn. Staff were friendly and helpful. Perhaps the TV could be bigger (only 22 inch) but other wise everything was perfect.
