Authentic and easy to reach. The location is on a walking distance to the center but not too close so it's nice and quiet. The room was clean and organized and had everything needed in it. The staff was especially friendly and can definitely recommend. Thank you!

Hayriye Hanim Konağ Hotel Experience
We went as 4 people. The workers were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room was small. There was no parking included. It was hard to locate the hotel even using google maps. Overall, we were happy and plan to stay again.

Disaster
I could not reach the hotel to stay. It was an impossible task. Middle of the old town and the navigation systems read the little alleyways as a street (they are marked as streets), I got stuck at one point, I Called the hotel, but they were not helpful at all. They did not put any signs to the narrow roads to show the hotel directions, it was a total disaster, it was an absolute nightmare. I would not recommend it to anyone. I had to give up and leave the old town area and find another hotel to go to. I called the hotel again to cancel it, but they said that could not be done., Terrible eperiance .

Çok olumsuz yorumlara anlam veremedik, hatta lokasyonla ilgili güvenli olmadığına dair yorum yapılmış biz pek anlamadık yani gayet güvenli Ayvalık sokakları. Merkeze de yakın. Sadece duş başlığı su sızdırıyordu başka bir sıkıntı yoktu. Teşekkür ederiz.

Bir daha kalmayı düşünmem
Otel yenilenmiş diye yazıyor ama yenileneli 14 yıl olmuş, maalesef çok çok vasat bir yer. Etraftaki yıkık, dökük pansiyonlar arasında dış görünüş olarak idare eder denecek bir hali var ama içi maalesef beklentilerin çok altında. Rezervasyon sitelerindeki resimlere aldanmayın, çok yanılırsınız, o resimlerin yenilendi denilen 14 yıl öncesine ait olduğuna çok eminim, o resimlerdeki odaların üzerine 14 yıllık kullanılmışlık ve yıpranmayı ekleyin , hala gitmeyi göze alabiliyorsanız rezervasyon yapın. Araba ile ilerlemenin çok zor oldugu ve ustalık istediği daracık sokaklarda 45 dk dolaşıp bulamayınca arabayı sahil yolu üzerinde 750m ileride bir yere park ederek yaya olarak ulaşabildik. İşletmeci arkadaşlara göre yerleri çok kolay. Kesinlikle araç ile bulmaya çalışmayın. Gece 02:30'da eğlenceden dönen saygısız otel müşterilerinin yaptığı anormal gürültü ile uyandık. Duvarlar müthiş ses geçiriyor . Üst katta çekilen sifon kaldığımız odanın köşesinde bir borudan geçiyor , sanki sizin odanıza akıyor, şakır şakır ses var. Çarsaflar temiz denebilir ama özellikle banyo dökülüyor. Banyoya girdiğinizde eski dökük bir hali var. Duş bölmesinin camının yarısı kırılmış ve yerine yenisi takılmamış. Sıvı sabun yok, minik iki tane sabun konulmuş. Lobi diye ayrılan alanda çay kahve ve su sebili düşünülmüş. Bir daha Ayvalık'a gidersem kalmayı kesinlikle düşüneceğim bir yer degil.
