"Staff were great. Amazing location if you have a car, just outside St Tropez, easy access to Grimaud, Gassin and beaches. Our room was lovely and we will be back for each anniversary! "
"The view from the hotel is beautiful and the common areas are clean and modern. The rooms have horrible showers that leak all over the bathroom floor, the floor hallways are dark, dirty and smell horrible and the door handles to the rooms don’t always work. The guest elevators didn’t work the entire stay so everyone had to use the kitchen elevator which smelled horrible and was really dirty. Pretty view but unfortunately not a pleasant stay especially for the rate. "
"Everything from trying to find the hotel to staying only one night out of two paid for was terrible. The service was awful and their wifi and AC did not work. The wifi was critical as I’m from the US and had to work evening Zoom calls and couldn’t. When presenting this to the front manager on the morning her solution was to work in their first floor restaurant; she also flat out said we were lying about the AC not working. "Loved our first stay in Cote D’Zur and the facilities were very clean. Only a couple of things that improve any future stay.
1 air con. We only had a fan in our apartment and it wasn’t enough to be honest. If we had any little ones it would have been a lot worse for them.
2 there is no lounge or bar to sit at in the evening. Not that I am a big drinker but it would be good to mingle outside of your apartment.
3 there is a local grocery store outside the resort but we only happened on it by chance. A little heads up about it and directions would be beneficial.
