"The check in was great! Ana at the front desk was sweet and professional through and through! First of all, I am not too picky to begin with, and I knew this was not a 5 star hotel, which it is ok with me. However, the first room I received had stained sheets that were not been changed. The head of housecleaning was also very professional and nice, and even took pictures of that. We were given another room and that was a little better. However, the mattress was lumpy and the pillows were not good at all. I was able to find only one out of the ones in the two beds that I could use. THE WORSE was that when I got up at 2am to use the restroom, I killed a small cockroach by the sink and it became difficult to sleep after that. "

"Not very quiet…can hear a lot from other rooms. Ceilings in bathrooms very low. Did not have extra blankets in rooms only a thin cover over sheets. Other travelers with us did not get the room types promised in their reservations"
