"The apartment is at a great location. We stayed for 3 nights (from Friday night to Monday morning). We got apartment that we did not select, and unfortunately, the ac in it did not work. Belgrade had a heat wave that particular weekend and the inside temperature was over 91F. The property does not have a 24h front desk, as stated in the property description, and the communication with the management was challenging. We reported the ac issue to the lady we saw at the front desk on Saturday...

"Awful experience :( I contacted them days before and mentioked my check in time was later and they saod fine its 24 hours. I arrived in the evening and there was no oje there, managed to ring them and they said not available. Had to cancel, fortunately ibfot a full refund but had to then find alternative accommodation at 10pm at night! Ruined the trip."

"This is not a luxury flat but it is a comfortable living space in a non tourist part of Belgrade within a 10-15 minute walk of the high priced pedestrian area that everyone seems so interested in. "A Lovely hotel right in the heart of the city. The location is perfect as it’s close to all the main sights and near lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel is stylish and elegant with comfortable rooms, a nice bar area and a good restaurant. The breakfast buffet is nice, and the hotel also offers complimentary snacks around lunchtime (which I didn’t manage to try). The hotel is right behind the National Museum, and provides a complimentary ticket to the museum, which is a nice little extra - and it’s well worth using, as the Museum is excellent. What made my stay special was the hotel’s staff - they were all friendly, helpful and I felt that they genuinely wanted me to enjoy my stay in the hotel and the city. I loved the city and loved the hotel! "

"I want to thank every single member of the staff for their positive attitude, kindness, and excellent service towards my family and I during our 8 night stay. The property is newly furnished, squeaky clean, and the breakfast buffet has plenty to offer. The location is at a walking distance to most landmarks and museums, as well as to a lot of great restaurants and bars. Not to mention it being very affordable compared to similar options in the area. I would for sure recommend and would like to stay there again in the future. "
