"Al ver las fotos esperábamos estar en una casa con una chimenea muy bonita, pero cuando llegamos nos dijeron que la chimenea no se podía usar, que estaba anulada. Además de la foto, la casa sale cuando buscas casas en Frías con chimenea. Deberían corregir esto y eliminar la foto del dosier de la casa. Por lo demás, la casa muy bonita y bien equipada, y la zona tiene una muy merecida visita."

"Our group consisting of 6 people stayed at Ulle Gorri at the end of September. The place is ideal to explore Basque country, we’ve made daily trips to Bilbao, St Sebastian, Guernica, Gaztelugatxe, Getaria, Vitoria Gasteiz etc. The house and surroundings is mesmerizing, with its calm and beauty. The owner of the house Ana was very helpful and friendly, introduced the house and the surroundings in detail, answered all of our questions. Ulle Gorri is a sustainable and environmentally friendly...

"My husband and I wanted to visit Rioja wine country, this was our first visit. This apartment is located next to a really nice grocery store and is walkable to the wineries and the restaurants. The place was very well stocked with coffee and tea and other basic kitchen supplies. The owner was very helpful in providing any answers to local questions about where to eat and what to do. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The views of the mountains was very pretty! We loved staying here....

"The property manager was super responsive via text and even got us into our room early after a tour was moved to later in the day. Our room was gorgeous and luxurious! It’s located in the heart of downtown. You park on the street but the boat pays for it. We were left a beautiful bottle of wine upon arrival and given a gorgeous full breakfast delivered to our room the next day! Wow! I wish all stays were this indulgent! "

Great Location and Lovely Apartment

"We enjoyed the Gran Reserva Suite as it was spacious and we particularly liked the comfortable bed and the ability to walk everywhere. The local free parking was close and easy to use. Only issue was that the great huge jacuzzi tub water was not hot enough to enjoy - perhaps the hot water was used by other guests?! "
