Everything was fine until......this morning. Upon checking out I was told that the night worker who checked me in gave me the wrong parking instructions. This was after asking her 4 times to ensure I was parking in the correct parking garage. This was very disappointing especially since I paid more to park then expected.

Excellent hotel. The only thing was that the AC in our room was so loud when turned on that it was unbearable. The hotel did help us move to another room that did not have the problem. We were only there for a night. We will definitely stay again as it is an excellent hotel otherwise.

"Staff were friendly, room was clean and well decorated. Wet bar equipped with lots of treats… bathroom was clean . I couldn’t get the room temperature just right. But overall, it’s a five star rating . I will definitely stay there again!"
