"The front desk staff were great! Free breakfast was ok and one staff Eleanor was excellent. She was friendly, nice, and a professional. She is an asset! The room had comfortable beds, the refrigerator and microwave was a plus! The only issue was that there was no room service and bedsheets were never changed for the duration of our stay. I had to ask for towels, and had the garbage emptied. Eleanor was the only person who vacuumed, cleaned the bathroom, and emptied the garbage when I requested....

"Beautiful venue. The staff was friendly and the rooms were cozy. However, lots of stairs to get to your room with luggage (no elevators) and no one offered to help even though FRE was fairly empty with almost no guests. The bathroom vanities in my room were super short - making one bend way over. Great location - easy to get to town and the slopes! Nice paths for walking in the woods."

"Our third time staying here. It’s a fair room with all you need but no luxuries. Close to Mt Snow (20min) and restaurants (walking). The staff is responsive via text but there’s no traditional front desk. Downside is the noise from other rooms or downstairs (pizza place/bar) when they have an event or something. As an improvement, it’d be great to have a fridge upstairs for guests."
