Pros: the spa facilities were great and the massage was amazing. Cons: poor service at the hotel's restaurants. Our room was very basic-looking.

The hotel itself is well located and the infrastructure is very good. The big problem is the staff, who are not welcoming at all, especially the oldest receptionist with black glasses: she can knock you down within a minute with her bad attitude and her unwillingness.
