"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to help with everything we needed. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable and are enormous compared to other European hotels. It is very close to the train stations. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again the next time we are in Munich. "

"We stayed for a week, trains easily accessible into Munich centre and shopping areas. The only thing that let it down was cleaning and changing bed sheets is done every 7 days and if you want it done sooner you have to pay to wash sheets yourself. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the bed was just two single beds pushed together with a single duvet each which in my opinion does not match the price you pay. The little stove tops were handy and really enjoyed the addition of having a fridge....

"The property is quaint and lovely, well decorated and stocked with everything we needed for a two nights stay with our two dogs. A little expensive for two people, especially because the WiFi did not work and the management was unresponsive to our messages to address the problem. However, we still had a wonderful stay and recommend the area and the property."

"The owner was there to welcome us on arrival and show us how everything worked. He provided flowers and welcome gifts which was a lovely unexpected gesture. The apartment was comfortable and the complex has an indoor swimming pool and private lakeside garden with access to the lake for swimming, etc. The complex also has launderette facilities."

"We had a wonderful stay at Kaspar's place. The location is beautiful with views of the mountains and forest. The apartment is simple and comfortable with everything we needed including a lovely kids play area outside. The real highlight of our trip was the welcome we received from Kaspar and his family who were very hospitable and included us in family birthday celebrations. We loved our stay and hope to visit again soon!"

When we contacted the owner for check in instructions 1 hour prior to check in, he said he hadn't checked his email and never got our reservation. "Actually a wonderful German hotel in a small town. Very clean, and the woman who runs the restaurant is wonderful with us stumbling Americans. Mostly Germans on holiday or biking. Was there because a friend wanted to return where he spent his youth as a military brat. But be warned, no air conditioning, like everywhere else summers are warmer.
