"Wonderful stay all around. We stayed for two weeks and would definitely do it again! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were super clean and modern, not to mention huge compared to other hotels. We were very happy to have air conditioning as it was quite warm during our stay. "Our room at the castle was very nice and the spa facilities were excellent. We were disappointed that the guest of a 5 star hotel did not have access to the main restaurant Le Cerf (fully booked) and recommended the other restaurant Waldschanke which was was much, much below the 5star quality. The dining experience ruined our stay there. They should flag Le Cerf restaurant booking when accepting room reservations. "
