We arrived to our room and it was terribly hot. We could mange this but the room smelled very strongly of the restaurant food on the main floor. The room was not acceptable to relax or sleep. On top of this, the second room was not clean, there was a build up of dust on surfaces like the side table and TV remote and also hair in the bathroom. We spoke with the hotel staff and they were very accommodating and moved us to a new room the next day. Hotel staff we dealt with was very friendly. I was very excited to stay here as it is listed as an eco-hotel. However, I would not stay here again and do not feel it is a 4-star hotel.
