"Front desk doesn't really care. I told them the elevator doesn't work; I have to carry all my luggages to the top floor. Her answer was " I know". Told her that I got food to cook but there was not a pan to cook with. Her comment was " I will tell Maintenace". I come to Ravensburg 4 times a year for business. "We had two family apartments. One which was the main floor, and one on the third floor. The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. Then, the next morning we had breakfast which was alright, but then the desk lady said i never paid, and it must be paid by me. I couldn't check my records, because the internet didnt work.
