The room was very clean and modern and the hotel is in a great area. However it can be a little loud outside so beware of that. In addition the air conditioning was centralized so you could not adjust it and I found it a little hot sometimes. But overall a great hotel with an awesome location.

The staff, particularly Jose who we dealt with most often provided numerous recommendations that were all spot on. Dining, entertainment, etc. He procured reasonablly priced tickets for a Flamenco show within walking distance from the property. He went so far as to speak with a cab driver before my wife and daughter who had ventured out on their own got in and reassured her that she was in good hands.

Great location and excellent staff. Bathroom looked tired and needs refresh with some attention to the shower facilities and the basin is far too large and affects access into the bath. We had a great stay just spoiled one morning with a chap with big glasses didn’t listen to my request for soya milk and tried to belittle the request and then talked non-stop very loudly for the whole of breakfast - I think he was a manager but all other staff were brilliant 5 stars!!!

"Wir hatten zwei tolle wochen in Alvaros schönem Haus bei Baena. Ein hübsches Städtchen mit netten Menschen und so gut wie keinem Tourismus. Alvaro und carmen waren extrem freundlich, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ohne die wunderbare Carmen hätten wir es nie geschafft unser kaputtes Auto reparieren ..."
