Via Grotte House Fully Renovated Modern, Central and 3 min walk to Train

We are a ground floor spacious 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 (and has a reverse osmosis water filtration unit under the sink) and a 2 Bedroom 2 bath with full kitchen in our upstairs apartment. On the 3rd floor is a kitchen with washer, bathroom, terrace and pull out couch that sleeps another 2 people. The bottom floor apartment has a washer and drying room that are located right off the main bedroom. The apartment is a 2 minute walk to Palazzo Cuto and the train station which takes you to Palermo in 10 minutes. We also have 1 bike available for rent at 15 euros a day. The bottom apartment comes with a blender, Juicer, N’espresso machine, panini maker and full kitchen if you decide to cook at home. Right across the street are restaurants like Osteria where they make traditional dishes like Caponata and incredible pastas. Up the street only a few minutes walk away is LeTre Arcate Pizzeria restaurant which we highly recommend. We also offer guided tours for extra. Enquire if you’re interested. This apartment is central to everything! There is a supermarket within short walking distance from the apartment. The location is a 15 min jog/walk to the ocean in Aspra and a 6 minute walk to central Bagheria for shopping. Great bakeries, pizza shops and butchers line the way. Arco Azzuro is only a 10 min bike ride away where they give great concerts and yoga classes in front of the ocean. Visit neighborhoods like Sant’Elia, Cefalù, Santa Flavia and Mondello for a great beach experience. If you have time visit Piana degli Albani for the best cannolis on the island and its ancient past! Visit La Rotanda for a great ocean view dining experience and great food in Casteldaccia! Yoga classes and dance classes are minutes away if that’s your thing. great space in Bagheria!
The property is a short walk to the train and that made not having a rental car easier! Loved being able to have a kitchen and little balcony to enjoy dinners. The shops for bakery and groceries were all within walking distance. Such a cute little town. Thank you for sharing your space!

Everything New and very comfortable
The property is located within a 5 minute walk from the train station which means day trips to Palermo and Cefalu are very easy. Our host was fantastic and made great recommendations. Plenty of food in the area as well. The apartment was very comfortable during my stay which was during a record heat wave. Everything functioned well and the decorations made for an enjoyable experience. If going to Bagheria, I highly recommend this apartment.
