"Great hotel"

"Our room was large and clean, however lacked basic facilities one would expect even in a 3 star establishment such as no fridge (room across the hall had one), no USB ports, no iron or hairdrier no hotel director of services. The walls were paper thin and overhearing other guests and hotel staff conversations at all hours was unwelcomed. Two double beds were quite firm but bed bases were essentially a timber box that the mattress sat in meaning that wacking your shin on a corner was easy and...
