Both check in and check out hosts were amazing, room was VERY clean and comfortable, grounds were clean, peaceful and the beach on the property gave great views. "The location of the property was great and we saw the key deer on property and nearby. The room and bathroom were very nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable. The beach front area had some trash that needed to be picked up and the home could use some landscaping. We did not stay for the continental breakfast so can not speak to that. Check in was a little challenging; I did not receive the e-mail day before check-in that I was expecting but did receive a phone call. However,...

"I liked the five pools and beach bar. Did not like the walk to the Market place for coffee as our Keurig didn't work. Also did not like the constant loud music at the pools, just give it a break once in a while. But what was the most upsetting was Isal the bartender at the beach pool was not attentive but seemed to cater to men. We sat and waited for refills and clean up. Felt ignored."
