Good property, friendly staff and owner food is good but in general needs more attention from management as property has very good potential

Firstly, Ravello is a beautiful town. Hotel Bonadies is ideally situated at one end. The hotel could do with a few minor upgrades in regards to decor but don’t let that detract from the overall charm of the place. The room was a decent size with excellent aircon, clean and well equipped. The breakfast was a decent buffet style. There are two main reasons why you should stay here. The staff were super helpful, especially Vincenzo who organised surprises for my wife’s birthday. Secondly, the views are amazing. Some of the best in Ravello.

Although not the easiest to access from the roadway once you did parking was available so convenient for anyone that was driving. The hotel is lovely with possibly the best staff of anywhere we stayed in Italy. They bent over backwards to help out with whatever we needed. We absolutely would stay there again and recommend it to others. Shoutout to Sara & Mirella at reception and Maria in the dining room. They were awesome.

It was an amazing time and beautiful place with beautiful service and fantastic customer service. Francisco and Anton was absolutely amazing with excellent customer service.
