"I want to say a special thank you to the staff at the front desk. Especially upon check in on September 19th around 130pm. I arrived early for a conference and had to teach a class online. After I asked where a coffee shop with WiFi might be - they told me not to worry and checked me in early. Hassle free. I can't express how important that was to me. I was expecting to be told check in was a few hours away. Everything else was great too. Clean rooms , the staff helped with directions and was always so kind. It was exactly what I needed for the purpose of my stay. Thank you again. "

"The room was clean. The staff were courteous. The metro was only a 5 min walk away, which made getting around the city much easier than driving. Parking was free and on site, which is a bonus as most places do have their own parking lot. Very happy with our stay. Will definitely be back!"
