The location has several restaurants/convenient stores within walking distance which we enjoyed. I also liked that we had a washer available for use in the room and appreciated how friendly the staff was.

So close to markets and literally a 5min walk to Akihabara (tech stores etc.).
3mins walk to Okachimachi station, or Suehirocho Station.
25mins to Shinjuku or Tokyo.
Lots of restaurants and shopping close by.
Our room was like a studio apartment with a double bed, a single bed and space for 2 futons. There was also a 4 seater dining table which was great too.

This area is not very convenient and it was not close enough to transit.
Staff was friendly but I would not book it again as the location was inconvenient and the room was smaller compared to their other locations. Their room felt kinda cramp as I didn’t even have enough space for luggage.
