"everything about this place is perfect. we loved how secluded it is while only being a short drive to chillicothe! extremely clean, had everything we needed, and host was quick to respond to any questions we had. we plan on coming back someday! the only thing i would recommend is driving an SUV or truck to the property, my small sedan scraped underneath a little bit getting into the driveway, but no big deal. 10/10!"

"We stayed for a weekend when we needed a pet friendly place in the area. The house is as advertised. I liked how well lit it was outside and all of the outdoor space. We didn’t do much in the area as we were there for a wedding. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again! "

"This beautiful property was perfect for our family of 17 to meet together from points east and west. Sharon is a wonderful host, responding quickly to our questions and needs. The huge indoor kitchen was well-equipped to cook full meals for a big group. Two full-sized refrigerators were a big plus! We also enjoyed using the outdoor kitchen and fire pit. The game room, pond, boats, playhouse, and room to run were all hits with the children! So clean and well-maintained!"
