"Hotel Arce is a kick back Faulty Towers. If you don’t know it, look it up. The rooms are small but sufficient. The washrooms need some TLC. "One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Bed don't seem to have been replaced in 20 years, could feel ever spring poking into you all night. No AC so you had to keep the window open but the street was very loud. Possible cleanliness but I didn't want to look too close. "
