"We had a bit of a tough experience. The staff was very nice, however the experience was all around hard. We booked because it had free parking & free breakfast, however the parking is over a 5 min walk to the hotel (and another 3 flights up to the room with no elevator). Lord help you if you have heavy luggage or an injury. We learned this after trying to follow Google maps and nearly getting our car stuck in the small streets of the walking-only town. The center can also be reached on foot, about a 20 minute walk if you don't get distracted by the sites along the way. FYI: There's a white doorbell next to the door. That one doesn't work. The working door bell is on a gold plaque with a name over it, so it didn't look like a doorbell. Ring that one. There are stairs to climb. The young woman did carry my suitcase up for me. "
