Shower was great but small Water temp pressure was great Conditioner shampoo and body wash towels are really rough however Living room has sofa bed within kichten and dining area Parking is reserved so we had spot available just parking lot is small so just gotta drive carefully Coffee shop in lobby and close to downtown area and food areas Also dog friendly hotel Will stay again "

I read the reviews saw people’s complaints but did not find any of those things to be true. I loved the security checking us in and out at the gate. Traveling as a single mother with daughters, I felt very safe. The women at check-in were friendly. It’s Mexico and it is not the same service/room you’ll get at a U.S chain hotel but personally I loved the price, security, and LOCATION!...

"Julio Cesar was one of the kindest and nicest person I have ever met in my life. Him and his wife made our trip amazing. The only thing is that there was no hot water at all in our room and we tried several times to try and take a shower but the water never got even warm. "
