"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. "Loved our stay. Reserved a 1 bedroom for myself, wife and 2 teenage daughters. Got a room with an extra 1/2 bathroom which was nice. The room was clean, roomy enough and nice. "Not a great experience. They never replied to my emails asking about facilities. Confirmation and T&C's only sent to me on day of arrival. It only took 5 hours for someone to give us a key to get in. Oh and don't forget to take your own cups and glasses to make up for what's missing. It's a great shame as if some effort was made it would be a great base for a cheap getaway. "

"Nous avons passé un bon séjour, dans cette maison d’apparence extérieure et chalet à l’intérieur !!! Nous étions 16 : 8 adultes et 8 enfants de 14 à 5 ans . La pièce de vie est de très bien en terme de taille et d'agencement avec une magnifique vue ... la terrasse est petite mais agréable. Les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été très simples, il nous a permis d’arriver et de repartir à l’heure que nous désirions . "The ptoperty is in a beautiful setting, also lovely and warm. We did not expect to have to ask about linrn, which may no udually be supplied, but coming from far away one certainly doesn't do so with linen.. The wifi in the house is goid, but Internet connectivity is reall flakey and slow. This is soen to the communications company, nor the owner. "Just be ready" to not depend on "

The reception team and the restaurant / bar team were very helpful however in the restaurant for breakfast they sometimes could not keep up with the demand…eg set places, the orange juicers was out of oranges on numerous occasions . Great ski location & lovely feel

"Stopped here in Jan 2025 with 2 other guys sharing a triple room on half board. Great hotel that has a relaxed and fun atmosphere about it, games in the bar (chess, pool, checkers etc) Room was very big compared to other ski hotels, obviously the usual basic room but beds and pillows were good, room was warm and shower powerful. Room was clean and tidied will towels etc every day. Food wise breakfast was a good buffet, a little cold as in could have been warmer, but good usual continental with bacon, sausages etc with fresh eggs cooked for you by a chef as you want them, good coffee and drinks selection. Dinner was again lovely, basic but filling and wholesome food that was different everyday so great to see and also fresh meats and fish cooked to how you like it from a chef on a hot plate so very impressed for the ££. Location wise it’s a very short (2-3 min) walk in ski boots and your on piste with boot room etc on the same floor as street level, so good to see. All in all great clean and friendly hotel! "

"Loved our stay. Reserved a 1 bedroom for myself, wife and 2 teenage daughters. Got a room with an extra 1/2 bathroom which was nice. The room was clean, roomy enough and nice. Kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast. Supermarket across the street. Excellent restaurant across the street for dinner. Ski rental next door as well. Not much else within walking distance. Shuttle to Grau Roig ski area was very convenient. Spa was really nice. Indoor and outdoor hot tub, Sauna, steam room and cold plunge were very pleasant after skiing. Would stay here again. Offered indoor (very tight) parking if needed. Narrowly managed a Mazda CX30. Don’t know how a bigger car can make it! Only thing I wish I knew was that Andorra has major elevation changes in just a short distance. The hotel is at about 6600 feet and you need chains or socks for your wheels if you want to make it during any snow. Great place to stay and we were very happy here. Elena and Darturo (I think… sorry if I got that wrong) were great help. "
