"We were a family of 4, including two small kids. The room was comfortable and spacious. The location was perfect as it was close from everything you need yet away from the noise of the music and the traffic. The owners were nice people and very welcoming. My only comment is on the breakfast, it needs a bit of improvement."

Terrasse avec vue mer Il y’a des effort de rénovation, salle de bain refaite mais les finitions aïe aïe 🙃 faudrait changer le mobilier maintenant qui fait vieux. Emplacement parfait, on descend la rue et vous êtes au cœur des plages de ksamil, c est calme (juste un bruit régulier d un moteur en bas) Le restau en bas 4th island est tres sympa et prix correct. "Really lovely stay and amazing super friendly staff, no tray charge on room service is a nice touch and makes up for lack of tea and coffee facilities in room. Rooms are very large and we had a lovely balcony with a great view of the bay. WiFi is not the best in room if you are on a working holiday but fine in the restaurant/lobby "

"Property is very clean and modernized compared to many others in the area. Good breakfast offered and the lobby bar is actually very nice . The staff anre extremely welcome, friendly and professional. Although this hotel is a bit south of the main square/ corniche area it actually is very beneficial. The main area tends to be very crowded and hectic, this property allows you to actually have some peace and quiet while keeping you in walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping. The beach is very close…just a 3 minute walk down the hill but be prepared to pay the fee to access the beach clubs(20 euro) and wear water shoes as it is very rocky. The only negative of the hotel is that the main entrance is actually below street level so if you’re being dropped off, you have to walk down several flights of steps with all your bags. The elevator only runs within the building and does not reach street level. It does go to the Parking lot which is below the building but can only be accessed by driving around the block(gps will lead to the main entrance at street level). Otherwise… we had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend. "

"The location of the property and its facilities were amazing! The parking of the hotel is also great. However, the cleanliness ruined the experience a little since we walked into a room in which the toilet had been used and not flushed and the entire room stank because of this. Additionally, the breakfast for 2 out of 3 mornings was really bad (almost no options, very slow restocks and dirty dishes and cups). On the last morning of our stay the hotel manager (or perhaps even owner) had taken care of the breakfast and everything was perfect - continental breakfast in a clean environment with lots of options. He was very nice and receptive to feedback."
