"Beautiful property with large, gorgeous rooms and incredibly friendly staff. The location is great and very close to the Bulvar. Lots of restaurant options once you get to Bulvar also, and easy transportation via taxi or limousine. I would recommend views to the old city (Icherisheher), as the sea view rooms also face a busy street in the front. From the back, you can see the ancient city, it's quiet, and you have a great view of the Flame Towers. I would try to go to Baku when they're not...

We stayed in October and the AC wasn't working, per hotel staff they switched to a winter mode and 23.5 C is the lowest temperature you can set, so be ready to sweat while you are in the room. "I enjoyed my stay here. It is walkable to Heydar Aliyev Centre and there are many public transportation options. The breakfast was good and they also offer a buffet lunch for a small price. There are a few doner places nearby and a mini mart for small snacks. The only downside was that the walls are rather thin so you can hear the loud conversations from the the next room over and doors slamming throughout the night. The staff and service was good, I would stay here again."
