Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location on the beach. I was there in october so there were more or less no other people at the hotel as it is their off season.

Right on the beach, comfortable location

Nice hotel right on the beach. Restaurant is on site and a swimming pool. Breakfast is included. Rooms are spacious with and clean. The only issue was that water wasn’t regular or enough in the showers. Mostly like warm or cold, which wasn’t a problem in the heat of the summer but if you want a warm shower after a salty sea, might need to demand a place with a good working shower. The service was a bit slow, but once you ask and demand, they will deliver.

Slidt hotel med flot udsigt - Mega høj musik !

Meget blandet oplevelse. Ankom om aftenen 8 Pers i taxa fra lufthavnen. Vores værelser var lejet ud til andre. Dårlig start på ens ferie! De prøvede at finde andre værelser, vi blev “opgraderet” på et værelse, selv om mange ting ikke fungerede / ringe stand. Andet værelse var ikke rengjort og stank. Vi ventede flere timer på at blive indkvarteret! Vi fandt en løsning, men vi brugte så meget tid og energi under hele opholdet på ting, som burde være i orden og man tager som en selvfølge på et 4stjernet hotel… Stank fra kloak, vinduer der ikke kunne lukkes (så den ekstremt høje musik fra poolområdet fortsatte på værelserne ;-( når man havde brug for ro. Blandede rengøringsoplevelser. overpriser, uvenligt personale som først lovede os noget og efterfølgende ikke stod inde for, hvad der var blevet sagt! Meget af personalet virkede mistroiske og sure.. Super dejlig og roligt område ved det kaspiske hav med strand, liggestole mm. Her var fantastisk. Poolområdet var overfyldt og ALT for mange mennesker til for få m2 pool og hermed var vandet også meget grumset og ikke lækkert. Der var Mega høj musik ved poolen og der blev hver dag holdt en stor fest. (sikkert fint for helt unge mennesker samt hvis man ved dette inden) vi synes dog det var ALT ALT for højt både ude og på værelserne kunne det høres! Flot havudsigt. Maden var ok. Findes dog bedre på nærliggende restauranter. Morgenmaden var sparsom. Ikke alle billeder stemmer overens med virkeligheden! Vi kommer IKKE igen!
