"Ladies at the front desk were really sweet and friendly! Stayed in room 1 - the aircon is a little loud. Room was nicely cleaned everyday. Bathroom is a portable type so flooding was inevitable. Wifi didn't really work so I suggest getting a sim card with data. 5 mins walk to the beach. The hotel is on a slope so be sure to save some energy on the way back for a small uphill climb back to the room. One important tip - Try to book southwest instead of island star express transfer. "The transfer service from the driver, luggage attendant were excellent and can answer our questions properly. They were welcoming and treat guests professionally. Food in breakfast buffet was not impressive since it was cold and hard. The attendants that help put chairs by the beach did very good job. Desserts in their cafe are great.
