"Definitely a nice stay for Tapolca. There was plenty of food, it was not amazing, but there was a good selection. The hotel caters to a large number of guests. The spa, fitness, and lobby facilities were quite nice. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The bed was a bit stiff for me."

"The Wellmarin Hotel is a lovely hotel, with great access to Lake Balaton. We have no complaints other than that there is very little English spoke at the front desk, and we did not feel very welcome, in comparison to the rest of the hotels we stayed at in Europe. There was a gentleman who worked the evening shift who did go above and beyond for us. We were thankful for him."

"After a 150km bike ride in 35 degree heat we arrived at 6pm. The ladies at the spa pool were super rude, no towels, offered us sheets. Our second bed in the apartment wasn't made up and we had to asl for sheets and do it ourselves. "

"This accomadation was truly unique in that it gave direct easy access to the Balaton lake and also the main road with easy parking. It felt like home away from home with wonderful kitchen, incredible shower (often rare in Europe) and cozy amenities such as a swedish dry sauna and large screen TVs. The picnic basket breakfast were a special touch and complimentary use of the bikes was wonderful A great value overall and i would stay again... and again."

"I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms and common areas were very clean and tastefully decorated. The staff was very kind. There was a wide selection to choose from at dinner and breakfast. The food was super delicious and premium quality. Their morning coffee brand and the coffee machine could use some improvement. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return."

"This hotel is a gem. Room was fantastic, design , comfort, clean and staff the friendliest possible We prepaid for the dinner and for 20$ we had very tasty meal. Breakfasts are a very nice experience. Location is 1 minute from the lake and parking was not a problem. I hope we will have the chance to return "
