"We had an overnight stop at this property on our way back to the ferry. Our stay was very pleasant and the hosts were very friendly. The property was very clean and they catered for all needs, tea, coffee, water etc in the room and I even got a recipe for a wonderful courgette marmalade. The property is not too far from Vitre which is a beautiful town and definitely worth a visit."

"Das Ferienhaus war genau richtig für uns. Es liegt 20 Gehminuten vom nächsten Dorf mit Bäckerei entfernt. Ansonsten Natur pur und nachts ein toller Sternenhimmel. Der Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Er spricht auch englisch. "

"Très bel accueil d’Axel dans son beau domaine. Calme, Spacieux, nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. Nous reviendrons je l’espère."

"Sejour très reposant, cadre seule verdure , animaux. Le logements est moyens. Literie a revoir impérativement vieux . Éclairage salle de bains en haut inexistant. Propreté dans sont jus de campagne pas très gênant vu le contexte. En revanche aucune porte ne ferme surtout les toilettes. Le personnel en revanche est vraiment accueillant et sympathiques. "

"Pour se retrouver entre amis le temps d'un week-end et de profiter des alentours de Rennes nous avons loué tout le gîte pour une nuit. Nous avons passé un très bon week-end et tout s'est très bien passé. Il y a de la place pour accueillir pas mal de monde, il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le gîte pour s'occuper (babyfoot, barbecue ....) et tout le monde a bien dormi. Le propriétaire est joignable et à l'écoute de ses vacanciers."

"Avons passé deux dans cette belle ville de Fougères. Super piscine.ville et château à visiter. Avons passé un bon moment. L appart était très propre ,une belle chambre, le deuxième couchage un peu petit.l accès accessible mais pas pour les personnes ayant des problèmes pour se déplacer. "The rooms are a fair size for a French hotel. No frills, clean and comfortable. Sole issue for my particular experience, shower/sink water barely over tepid. I mentioned to the staff who adressed it, and water was instantly warmer, although still not "hot". Shower with tepid water in November isnt the most agreable. But overall the experience was pleasant. This hotel is the "smaller" attached hotel to the sister property "Le Perier du Bignon", it is less fancy and you enter with a code at the door and drop the room key in a basket when you leave. I picked this hotel because i stayed at the sister property and could use a slightly less pricey accommodation. I chose this hotel because Laval can be complicated for parking in the center of the city. Will stay there again. "

"Booked as a stayover on fishing trip to Brittany. The town is lovely,the hotel and staff were lovely and there are several nice bars/restaurants within a short walk. There is a parking garage under the hotel too so if you have a van full of fishing gear,like us,your car or van can be parked securely. Not sure if you can book a parking space because there are only a few "

"We were really impressed with this hotel. We stayed here as a stop over on the way to our return ferry. It was a simple hotel setup as expected and good value for money. Everything was in good condition and very clean. The room had all we needed. Nadège on the front desk was exceptionally helpful and keen to make sure we had a pleasant stay. She offered advice on places to visit and where to eat. She made our stay even better! The area itself was great, especially with two young children. There was a lovely park across the road with a playground and picturesque bridges. We ate at an Italian across the road, Casa Nocciola, which was really tasty and had great service. Would definitely recommend this hotel! "
