"A great little place on the beach, few minutes walk to the ocean and 4 minutes walk to Newport Harbour filled with cute shops and lots of food options. The area is quiet and very safe. We really appreciated the quick and easy communication with the property manager. He was kind and very helpful with our questions and concerns ie. We asked where we could find more coffee and he brought a new bag of grounds to our door. A good place for a peaceful get away for singles, couples, or families. "

"Belinda was great to work with and very responsive to any questions I had for her. The house is about a 45 minute walk to downtown disneyland. The kids loved the bunk room. Overall it worked great for our needs. "

"We loved the house and location. The check in process is way more difficult than a normal vrbo stay. You have to fill out extensive paperwork and confirm identities of all staying in the home. We are renting a home for a couple days….not buying it. "

The location is perfect, views are amazing, there is plenty of space for a large family and the house had almost everything we needed. BUT this was definitely the dirtiest home we’ve ever rented. The first day we contacted the property manager and they sent someone the next day to clean the floors again. But it’s very clear these floors are probably never cleaned...

"Good location. Very nice clean house. We loved the pool and spa. Our only issue was check out, we left and tried locking up 4 minutes late and were no longer able to use code. Advice, leave early to avoid this issue. "

"It was a beautiful place. We definitely needed Uber to travel back and forth from Disneyland because it’s quite a walk after all the walking there. It was wonderful to have the ability to stock food in the house before arriving. It was hard to keep our kids quiet in the pool because it was such a great place to unwind."
