"The room was not upgraded, smelly and not very clean. The people working not friendly and not helpful. The restaurant was ok but the bugs were flying over the food. Inadequate sanitation, so a relative got sick. In other words i would never go to this hotel again. "

"We booked the oasis because friends were there but when we arrived we were told we are now stopping at Arabella beach hotel. I'm not happy because that was not what was booked. It's supposed to be 4 stars but i can't see why, it was basic at best. The double bed was two single beds together and separate bedding. They also did not know about an extra day I'd booked and then tried to charge again. The only thing that was good was the food and dinner hall staff, all excellent."
