"The location is good for access to UT or downtown. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Our room was right above a bar with loud music the night we arrived. On top of the music, our AC didn’t work. Granted it was November so not detrimental but uncomfortable. Oh and the carpet just kind of looked dirty…They did switch us and upgraded our room the next night which was a suite with a kitchen and bedroom. That room was really nice! No carpet!
