Good location for center. Breakfast sufficient but we had to get out at 10:30.. Has poor management. Were woken up at 0700 by reception, looking for another person. Toilet had to be repaired. Noise level high until 2 AM.

Facilities are fantastic - great for families. Waterpark, beach, food options, rooms are great. Only two things to mention, sometimes there is a rush and hard to find a suitable seat during peak dinning times. Uphill walk to our room could be a bit much when tired. Highly recommend, fantastic hotel.

The hotel has the best hotel manager I have ever seen! Very nice and polite! He is great! Also staff are generally nice. Amenities are good however some restaurants are closed due to off season.

"Absolutely loved the Hot thermal waters. That is why I booked this hotel. They have 9 pools with temperatures ranging from 34 to 38 degrees Celsius. There is one big pool outside with fairly warm water and 8 pools indoors. Pools are open from 07:00 to 19:00 hours daily. Only thing was not happy with ..."
