"The property is very accurate in the description given. The location is right next to shopping and restaurant areas. Walk to the promenade/ beach. Nice little extras provided eg fruit, milk, biscuits. Also paper towel and cooking spray Our coffee machine had a cracked water resevoir which was a shame as it was a bonus to have a coffee machine but we couldnt use it. "Everyone enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere of Fletcher Hall with so much to do. The pool and games room were well used, especially by the children. It was warm and well equipped. The host recognised the occasions we were celebrating & left a few nice surprises. It is close to Lytham & St. Anne’s, which are lovely places to visit. We only had one issue which we discussed with the host, and will hopefully be addressed."

He sounded confused but raised no issue, so I got on with my day. Received a text after 10.30 to say the property was not available! Apparently vrbo had not coordinated the availability. Host offered to book us into a local hotel…. Not ideal as we could have done that ourselves (and chosen a better hotel) but we had plans with friends and dinner...

"What a special place! It is a rural setting, some distance from town, so a car is recommended. To see the ocean out the window and on walks, along with cows, horses and chickens was such fun! The hosts are delightful and eager to help with anything we might have needed. We will definitely stay here again!"

A lovely place, will stay again !

"Lovely place, large bar/dining area, private function room available, good food & drink options. Hotel rooms were clean & tidy but a little on the cold side (so do turn up the heating). A fabulous real fire in the bar area that was the best warm welcome after braving the baltic weather outside. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay again, a good price that included breakfast 👍"
