"Excellent location next to one of the best beaches in Mallorca. The house is perfect for a small family and is very comfortable. The rooftop patio and lovely yard were very enjoyable. Melanie, the property manager, was very kind and responsive. Ingo, the owner, was also super responsive and great to deal with. The only thing we wish we knew in advance was that you cannot drink or cook with the tap water, but it wasn’t a huge issue to purchase water to use. Would definitely recommend and we hope...

The ladder to the bunk beds is not screwed on at the top, which we only discovered when our young son tried to climb it, it was fortunate he didn't hurt himself.
