The ground floor accommodation of a two storey dwelling has been fully renovated that has completely separate entrances and parking. One bedroom and common room is lower than ground floor and features glass brick windows. tastefully decorated two bedrooms, 2 common rooms that sleeps an extra 6 people with 3 fold out double couches. It comes with a kitchenette and two luxurious bathrooms with double walk in showers and dual basins. This spacious apartment is fully self contained, very comfortable and perfect for short and long stays. Equipped also for business traveller.

BATHROOM
Included 2 luxurious bathrooms that features a walk in double shower and duel vanity and a luxurious bath that features a fountain tap and two toilets. In addition a personal washing machine, dryer and laundry sink.

Ballarat stay
Not up to the standard expected from a Stayz property. Advised by Heather we couldn't check in until 3pm so it was 'perfect'. However on checking in, it was not perfect. Property not advertised as a garage conversion, (low ceilings, dark), but rooms large. Great bathrooms. Several trip hazards in house. Kitchen - haphazard. Not clean, unsafe electrical items (small oven/cooker) sitting on top of microwave and leaning against wall. Bathroom taps came off/loose. Outdoor area in the driveway next to cars. Sofa bed broken (advised Heather of this who did not know). Mop and bucket in bathroom. Fake plants throughout did look nice but all were very dusty and needed a good clean. Overall, though, property was large and by in large did suit our purposes. Although had we known of it's low ceiling etc and steps we would not have taken the property. One of our party is claustrophic and the other has a mobility issue. All the above could be attended with more attention to detail. Overall not 'perfect' But satisfactory.
