"We had such a beautiful break in this hotel!! It is so unique with so much character & charm. Breakfast in 1180 room was beautiful and Dinner in The Drawing room felt very special. Staff are so friendly and helpful, Spa and Thermal suite was amazing, Room was massive and comfortable. Highly recommended, thank you."

"Loved this hotel! So much charm and class! Lovely breakfast. Interesting pubs connected to the hotel. Right in the heart of everything downtown. Great experience! The room is a bit dated and the bathroom needed an upgrade - the shower curtain clung to us as we showered, but the location and overall charm made up for it. We would stay here again! "
