"I stayed in the glenroyal for one night. It was absolutely gorgeous! The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff at reception were very welcoming & supportive. Very quiet I would definitely recommend staying here"

"The hotel was very warm throughout it was hard to sleep. The bed was done and the mattress leaned to one side. The food was really bad, we had to send it back. Ordered veg curry and they brought chicken, they changed it and all I got was a watery curry sauce full of onions and the rice was clumped together. The restaurant manager Shona was very attentive though I have to say. The pool and gym were nice and the cocktail bar was very good and the two Greek bar staff were super. The bar was quite dirty and dusty everywhere. "
