The kitchen had full sized appliances that made cooking fun. The bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for setting out to explore Limerick City, county attractions, and local gems. There is a coffee shop attached that brings locals and visitors together. It’s a piece of heaven."

"A quirky and eclectic house, not the for tall of stature. It's a traditional style of Irish country cottage set in a gorgeous Limerick valley. If you like country living and a break from the mundane, this is a good choice. Watch out for the oil heating bill at the end though."

"We are completely dissatisfied with VRBO. The property they rented us in Limerick, Ireland was occupied! People had been living in it for two months. We were left stranded with absolutely NO support by VRBO. We had to go to a hotel and spend a lot of money until we found a property with another company. This really ruined our vacation in Ireland! It's a bit far from the sights and from a grocery store (minimum 30 min. drive, IIRC) so plan for that. "I reserved a room online for my daughter who was visiting for a day from Galway and then heading back to Dublin next morning. Since she would be arriving into Limerick in the late evening, my main concerns were walkability from the main train station and safety. But any fears were put to rest by excellent communication from The Bedford's staff, before her arrival. They confirmed what time she would be arriving and provided detailed instructions om how to get to the hotel and how to enter the building and access her room. They even called my daughter twice to confirm she had received the instructions. My daughter loved her stay at the hotel, her room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was amazing and a perfect start to her exploration of Limerick before her return back to Dublin in the evening. A heartfelt thank you to Shannon and Cathie for their hospitality and for taking care of my daughter while she was there."

"Lift broke down several times. Tv did not work despite management trying it fix it. Food was shocking so much my partner got violently ill. Despite checking in with credit card we were required to pay for each item. When leaving staff brought luggage coatkeys left in room and taxi back to pick up. Disaster rm 238"
