"We are requesting a refund for the reservation we made at Glenduff Manor house because the actual accommodations were not at all like what was described and shown in photos on Travelocity. The photos showed a stately home with lovely private rooms for the guests. It stated that a delicious breakfast would be served daily. It also described a pub for the guests on site. "Our greeting was cold and offhand. We were asked too pay cash, and when I objected, there might have been an option for debit card.. in the end we found cash, we were shown the room and left alone. Next morning we found breakfast but didn’t see anyone , these people are definitely not in the hospitality business, more the take the money and run business!!"

"We stayed at the second property on the site, Lavender Lane Cottage, which was a lovely newly refurbished 200 year old cottage. It had three double bedrooms(one upstairs) an open plan kitchen, dining area and living area which was all minimalistic but modern and had every amenity we needed for our stay (Con even left us tea/coffee/bread and milk) We felt at home straightaway and all said we could live there. The bathroom was again modern in an old worldly setting, with plenty of hot water...
