9.2/10 Wonderful! (1,004 reviews)
Quieter end of Temple Bar but very central. Some noise but doesn’t bother us. Got a fab corner room with lovely shower!

8.8/10 Excellent! (1,080 reviews)
The front desk staff were always hospitable, professional, and kind. The hotel room was outdated and the design scheme pretty atrocious (stuck firmly in the 1990s to early 2000s). The curtains were dark blue and red while the chair and headboard were purple. Also, the windows were not double paned and so you could hear all the outside noise BUT the window opened which allowed fresh air. The bed was incredibly comfortable and everything was quite clean. The bathroom is outdated as well but the shower pressure was amazing and never ending supply of hot water. The restaurant menu was delectable BUT if you called down for room service THEY NEVER ANSWERED your direct call and I’d have to call the front desk to transfer me over to room service. The lobby is very pretty and antique looking. This hotel was built in 1984 I think and it is on a noisy street but the food was really good, bed really comfortable, front desk amazing, dine in restaurant service impeccable, and great location - around the corner from Trinity College and the reason why I chose it.
If they’d add double paned glass and just replace the atrocious decor in the room it would be so much better.
